Just a small list of what i would love to see in future versions of Koken:
A function to define a custom sort order for each album individually (how images are displayed in the frontend).
A function to filter images of an album in the frontend (by tag, category, capture date etc.), provided as a links (e.g. if the link "2012" is clicked, only images of the current album captured in 2012 are shown).
A random function - to show a random image at the front page or to show random thumbnails in album view.
A mature pagination function - so that only a custom amount of page links is displayed, while the others are hidden, symbolized as "..." (indispensable if there are a lot of album pages).
A function to link back directly to the specific page of an album (grid view) where the image resides, that has just been viewed (useful for browsing images, if there are a lot of album pages, since it's often hard to find again the album page where the thumbnail has just been clicked to view the image).
A user rights management for backend and frontend. To be able to define who is allowed to view, edit, upload, delete content. While the current "unlisted function" is also nice and should be preserved as a way to quickly access private content (like Dropbox), a real user rights management would really be great to have.
A function to be able to download multiple images at once in the backend.
A section in the Koken documentation where useful, less known, unknown, secrete... Koken markup snippets can be found.

500 after changing URL to the Subfolder
Hallo Koken Team,
i've installed Koken in a subfolder and setup everything. Then I setup the domain to this subfolder. Now I will get a 500 Error when I visit the domain. But the installation still works in the subfolder.
I think, i have to change the URL of my installation but i don't find where I can do this.

Twitter card support - Boulevard Theme
I've been trying to get this to work with no success at all. I have tried using the url from the browser bar and I have tried using various urls from the console and I can't get any to work.
I'm trying to use the 'twitter:card gallery' which requires 4 urls, what urls should I be using because I can't find any that work?

display tags assigned to photos
Hi guys,
I'm working now with a custom axis theme, because it is nearly what I'm wanting. I have been trying to display tags underneath photos but it won't display. What script will work? What will I have to change to display tags and other metadata?

Elementary theme bug : unlisted set visible ?
Hello all, and first, thank you for koken, it's a really wonderful tool.
I'm currently creating a custom theme, based on the elementary one.
It seems that it's possible to view unlisted sets while you're browsing the public ones.
You can test it at this address (running is the unmodified elementary theme : http://gobmou.info/koken/
Here is the test library structure :
Public
- Public set 1
- - first album
- Public set 2
- - aaaaaaaaa
- Public set 3
- - blabla album
Unlisted
- Private set
- - private album
If you navigate into the "Public set 1", then in the "first album" you can see a link to the "unlisted set" in the navigation menu on the top right corner... "Unlisted set", "Unlisted album" and the picture inside are well categorized as "unlisted"... Did I misunderstood something or is it really a bug ?
I discovered that while I was trying to have this kind of nav in all albums :
link to all albums - link to parent set - name of the current album.
It works on any albums and any set excluding in the first set, where instead of "link to parent set" I have a link to the first unlisted set. Does the [koken:parent] tag should give this kind of result ?

Any way to place Pages or Essays into a Set?
Hi Guys:
I've been working on nested navigation and I want to nest a number of static pages besides sets of albums. From your documentation I assume this is not possible at the moment. I think this would be useful in a number of different scenarios.
I think for now, I'm going try hard-coding the pages into a set and see how that works.
Let me know if you have any advice.

Upload problems
Hello,
i'm also facing some upload problems using the lighroom interface.
After the upload some images are not complete, i saw half images or artefact (lines) in the images..
An idea to do a more efficient upload at the first shot?

Sorting Albums - manually doesn't work
I use the Boulevard Theme. I have different Albums, that are featured on the Front Page. They are displayed in the Order i uploaded Them. (Oldest first, Newest last). I want to change that order. I go to Library - Public - and manually change the order of the albums by dragging-and-dropping, but the changes don't affect the real sort order when viewing the site. How can i change the Order of featured Albums? Thanks!

Changing URL from domain.com to www.domain.com
We've started using Google PageSpeed Service as a CDN to try and speed things up a bit.
GPSS only works on www though, so I need to do a 301 to redirect akuart.dk/koken to www.akuart.dk/koken.
I've tried adding this to my /koken .htaccess, but it doesn't seem to work:

RewriteEngine on
rewritecond %{http_host} ^akuart.dk/koken [nc]
rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.akuart.dk/koken$1 [r=301,nc]
I tried going into Admin / Settings / Site Publishing and changing the URL by adding www, but the field won't allow me to add anything before the root slash.
Any ideas on how I can accomplish the 301 without making Koken angry?

Different size for blog and portfolio
So I've just started using koken but how can I achieve that the blog is only 600 px wide but the portfolio 800 px? Because otherwise somehow an embedded youtube video will be 800 px wide? I'm using the madison theme.

Request/question: Manual Order of Featured images in Regale
In our modified Regale, we're using a page with a Featured filter as our front page (our site only has Featured images, no Featured folders).
We really want to sort this manually, but the option isn't there (screenshot: http://d.pr/i/oQz).
Looking through the Sort Content On Your Site tutorial (http://help.koken.me/customer/portal/articles/1046992-sort-content-on-your-site), it looks like there should be a index.lens for Featured Content data, but Regale doesn't have an index.lens.
Our current "Featured" (front page) runs off of contents.lens, so I tried duplicating this and renaming it to index.lens, thinking I could now add this as a page in Site and have that work, but it doesn't show up when I try to Add a page to the menu.
After all the time I've spent with Koken, I'm still a bit confused as to how these page types get their properties (doesn't seem to be anything in info.json that does it), so don't really know where to go from here...
Is there any way I can have a page with all Featured content with Manual sort in Regale? Any input would be much appreciated =)

Request: Output all unique Tags in use?
Lacking search functionality, I'm trying to set up something akin to a tag cloud to give our customers a chance to find specific types of images.
I've been all through the Documentation (and Discussions), and I'm pretty sure there is no way to currently do this, as Tags can only be output for individual images or albums.
I know how I would accomplish this with SQL, but don't see any way that would help me.
Any chance of implementing something like [koken:tags] or the like to output all unique in-use tags, for tag cloud purposes? Would be a nice compromise to a real search feature =)

Different Issue, Lightroom Upload, Api error
Hello there,
i had some issues with koken..
I install it on server at online.net
it was awfull and always down... Not possible to use it really. But i succeed to see the beguining of a website.
Now i change to another host. The admin application seems to be stable now. But i'm not able to see the website. I receive at the moment i fot the "famous" message "API Error
The theme is not able to contact Koken's API. Ensure that your host is not blocking loopback connections. "
I saw on your website a user unesing "one.com" as hoster saying it was doing the job..
Could you help? Have to set up a gallery very soon..

Limiting Number of Pages Shown in Pagination
Is this possible with basic tags? I have pages that will be guaranteed to have a least three pages full of content. Ideally I would love the pagination to look like this [ http://cl.ly/image/3r3d1R0f2L2c ] all the time, but as of now added pages with look like this [ http://cl.ly/image/2F3y2e262j2S ].
I certainly won't reach 11 pages of content soon, let alone 5 but I want to be prepared for when this happens. I thought about doing something with {{ index }} value but my scripting skills aren't that up to snuff.
Going forward it would be awesome to use an attribute like [ koken:loop max-num="x" ] to manually over ride the number of times it would loop.
